A great national panel of noteworthy, passionate designers/experts who methodically evaluated entries spanning a number of vertical industries. Especially enjoyed the presentation of a cross-functional, global Morgan Stanley team who presented the product and development process that they deployed in the design of their newest fixed income technology platform. As others spoke about customer feedback and mapping, this presentation truly gave the impression that this firm truly took an “outside-in,” cross-functional approach to simplifying a complex subject with many dynamic inflow and outflow critical information inter-dependencies.
